Lisa D. Gray, LDG’s team leader, brings over 20 years experience working to develop and execute change strategies at all levels and across disciplines. 

She understands what it takes to navigate multifaceted systems, build consensus and move change forward. Ms. Gray currently teaches leaderships skills in the context of social justice initiatives for the Mills College Institute for Civic Leadership in Oakland, California.
